Paint and Hike is the creative journey of Tammy Nara, a hiker-artist from Minnesota.

Studio 321 Northrup King Building in Minneapolis is her home studio. When possible, it is open Saturdays noon – 4:00PM and evening events like First Thursday or Northrup King Nights.

The Healing Arts Project at the Owatonna Hospital in Owatonna, Minnesota includes 17 of Tammy’s paintings and will be on display until the end of October, 2021. More information

Tammy was the guest artist at Studio 176 in Park Rapids, Minnesota in July 2020. Her greeting cards are still available there. They are open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 11:00AM – 3:00PM.
