Watercolor Nature Class
This class is for middle school students. It is a two week summer afternoon program from June 10-21. It will be held at Hill Murray High School in Maplewood, Minnesota. Priory Nature Preserve is across the street and that is where we will be for much of the time.
Times: 12-4 PM on June 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 20, 21. (no class on Juneteenth)
Cost: $375 per student includes all supplies
Registration is through CSGA Enrichment.
Art-a-Whirl® weekend
May 17 – 19, 2024
Friday: 5pm – 10pm, Saturday: Noon – 8pm, Sunday: Noon – 5pm
Art-A-Whirl is the largest open studio tour in the country, which happens annually throughout Northeast Minneapolis.
Over 1,200 NEMAA member artists, galleries, and businesses at over 80 locations. Art-A-Whirl is free and open to the public.

Paint and Hike Experiences
Contact me if your group would like to arrange a paint and hike experience. I’ll lead an outdoor painting lesson and then we will pack our supplies for a hike. Details can be adjusted to meet the needs of the group. I encourage everyone to notice how they are experiencing nature and express that in their artmaking. It is ok if you are a beginner. It is ok if you are a professional. We can share what we notice and learn from each other!
