Park Rapids, Minnesota to Cass Lake, Minnesota is 49 miles on this paved bike trail. It is busy with both bikes and walkers. There were times when it was hard to keep social distance so if you go, bring a mask!

Springbrook Nature Center
This park has been the place I go to recharge when I have time between appointments in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis. Walking all the trails adds up to about 3 miles (5 km).

Itasca State Park
